Brangelina were not confirmed to appear on the 67th annual BAFTA Awards carpet, so it was a pleasant surprise not only to see them both there, but in coordinating attire!

Brad is one of the producers and stars of 12 Years A Slave, so it made sense for him to be there. However, it’s not always a guarantee that Angie will be along with him after all, they do have two huge careers and six children to juggle.

Brad looked very dapper in his single-breasted suit and Angelina was just positively stunning in her custom-tailored menswear-inspired Saint Laurent creation. As a counterbalance to the structured suit, unbuttoning the shirt and pairing it with an untied bowtie was the perfect way to look totally feminine in something that would otherwise look better on Brad. Sky-high black heels also served to add some extra femininity to the look!

Brad & Angie have not been in the news much as of late; aside from their respective movie roles (Angelina is in the upcoming and hotly-anticipated Malificent), the last time they were covered extensively was when Angie announced that she had had a double mastectomy in an op-ed she wrote for the New York Times. She underwent the procedure as a preemptive measure against the breast cancer that runs in her family, and from which her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, died at the age of 56 in 2007.

CLAIM: Angelina Jolie in Jealous Rage Over Brad Pitt and Lupita Nyong'o'

“Brad Pitt has become actress Lupita Nyong’o’s biggest cheerleader and Angelina Jolie doesn’t like it,” claims Life & Style, which says Jolie is in a “jealous rage” over Pitt’s praise of the 12 Years a Slave star.
Life & Style, it should be noted, has abysmal sources when it comes to Pitt and Jolie, regularly repeating other outlets’ wrong stories.
It’s sad, really.
Anyway, last week the National Enquirer spread this false story about Jolie’s alleged jealousy over Nyong’o, and now Life & Style is trying to start trouble, too.
“For all her beauty and success, Angelina can be terribly insecure,” a so-called “insider” tells the magazine. “The idea of Brad lavishing his attention on another woman even if it’s just as his protege drives her crazy.”
Life & Style goes on to suggest that because Jolie and Pitt fell in love while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith, it’s “understandable” that she’d worry about a possible romance between Pitt and his 12 Years a Slave co-star.
Of course, this is a convenient argument for tabloids, because then they can say that any Pitt co-star in any movie is a potential threat to Jolie.
It’s all ridiculous.

Angelina Jolie Wasting Away on Ancient Grains Diet?

“Angelina Jolie is eating like a bird — literally!” reports the National Enquirer, which is really starting to run out of ideas.
According to the tabloid, which regularly publishes and spreads outrageous and false stories about Jolie’s health, the actress-director “has become hooked on foods prepared with ‘ancient grains’ that only a parakeet could love.”
“Angie’s always been a fan of healthy seeds and grains, but lately she’s taken it to a whole new level,” explains a so-called Enquirer “insider.”
The mag’s source adds, “She claims they provide her with nutrients she can’t find anywhere else, plus shinier skin. But the problem is that she’s not balancing her diet with fruits, meats or vegetables.”
And while Brad Pitt has supposedly “tried everything to persuade her to eat more,” the Enquirer tipster says, “There’s no talking to Angie when it comes to food.”
“The fact that Angie’s replacing her meals with what’s effectively bird food is a huge worry for Brad,” says the mag source. “Her diet might be healthier but Brad’s telling her she needs to put some meat on those bones!”
This is roughly the ten thousandth time the Enquirer has claimed Jolie is wasting away.
It continues to be nonsense.
Jolie eats like a regular person, and she’s in good health.
The Enquirer is not.
A source close to the actress tells Gossip Cop the latest report is “silly.”
